This page explains what this website collects, why, who sees it, and how to have it removed. The short version: the only thing that collects anything is the consultation form, and what you type there is emailed to us and nowhere else.
What the consultation form collects
Your first and last name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to write in the field asking about your health challenges and goals. Nothing on this site collects anything else, and no field is gathered without you typing it.
What happens to it
It is sent to us as an email, using Resend as the delivery service, and it lands in a private inbox we read. That is the whole journey.
You are not added to a mailing list. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything — there is no newsletter here, and the form has no path to one. We reply to your enquiry, and that is the extent of it.
About the health information you share
What you write about your goals is treated as private correspondence and is not shared, sold, or used for advertising. Two things worth saying plainly: please do not send detailed medical records or test results through a web form — a short summary is all we need to have a useful first conversation — and, as stated elsewhere on this site, nothing here is medical advice and using this form does not create a provider-patient relationship.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixel, no social tracking script, and no third-party embed of any kind. Nothing is stored in your browser, and nothing is sold or rented to anyone, ever.
Who else is involved
Only what is needed to run the site and receive your message: Resend delivers the email, and Vercel hosts the site and keeps ordinary server logs, as every web host does.
How long it is kept
Your enquiry stays in our inbox so we have the thread if you become a member or write again. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
Email info@wellsociety.us and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — and we will, without asking why. If you are in California, the EU or the UK you have those rights by law; we would do it anyway.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not.
