These terms cover using this website. Using it means you accept them. They are short because the site is simple: it describes what Well Society does and gives you a way to start a conversation.
This is wellness, not medical care
This is the most important thing on this page. Everything described here — the programs, the protocols, the nutrition and supplement guidance, the therapies — is wellness support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this site or in a consultation creates a provider-patient relationship.
It does not replace your doctor. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before starting any program, changing a supplement, or acting on anything you read here — particularly if you are pregnant, managing a condition, or taking medication. Individual results vary, and nothing here is a promise of an outcome.
Nothing is sold on this website
There is no checkout here and no prices are published. The consultation form is a request to talk — sending it does not book an appointment, enrol you in a program, or charge you anything. If you go on to become a member, the terms of that arrangement are agreed separately and in writing, and those terms govern the work. This page does not.
What you send us
Please send only what you are comfortable sharing, and keep it brief — a short summary of your goals is all that is useful at this stage. What happens to it is in the privacy policy.
Events
Events listed here, including the Thursday beach workout, are free and informal. They are physical activity in a public place, not supervised training — you take part at your own risk and are responsible for knowing whether you are fit to. Talk to a doctor first if there is any doubt. Registration is handled by the event platform under its own terms.
The content here is ours
The text, images, program descriptions and the Well Society name and mark belong to us. Read the site, share a link, quote a line with attribution. Do not copy it wholesale or use the name for something that is not ours.
No guarantees, and limits
The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and online but do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or right for your circumstances. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it or relying on it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited — which includes personal injury caused by negligence.

Where this site links out, those are other people's services with their own terms, and we do not control what happens once you leave.
Changes
If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
